(I had moved many times, but they were govt moves so my involvement was limited) When there were bumps during showings, Wendy had them sorted, even had a new hot water tank installed the very next day with no effort from me. She gave sound advice with no pressure and always had my best interests at heart, more to the point, my brothers interests.
