Moving later in life can involve decisions about housing, accessibility, finances, possessions and timing. It may also involve several family members. Wendy helps clients organize those decisions and understand the real estate options available to them.

Whether the goal is to downsize, move closer to family, find a more manageable home or help a parent plan a move, Wendy starts by reviewing the situation, priorities and timeline. From there, she helps develop a practical plan for the current home and the next step.

Wendy can also help families identify what needs to be completed before a move and connect them with appropriate professionals, including organizers, movers and legal advisers when needed. As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), she has completed specialized education focused on adults aged 50 and over and the housing considerations that often accompany these transitions.
